CipherMax Appoints VP of Sales to Capitalize on Growing Storage Security Market Opportunity
Jack LeWinter to Expand Channel Sales and OEM Efforts
San Jose, Calif., – July 25, 2007 – CipherMax®, Inc., the technology leader of enterprise-class storage security solutions, today announced that Jack LeWinter has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. LeWinter will leverage over two decades of experience in the storage industry to broaden CipherMax’s share of the rapidly growing storage security market. LeWinter will drive the company’s direct sales, OEM and reseller strategies as well as oversee the execution of sales teams in North America.

LeWinter brings 27 years of storage experience to CipherMax. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development and Sales for InMage Systems, a leader in the continuous data protection software market. At InMage, LeWinter built and directed a team of sales and system engineers, growing revenues through expanded end user sales, OEM sales, and reseller and integrator strategic relationships.
LeWinter’s background also includes sales management positions at AMCC, QLogic and Sony Electronics, where he focused on driving both domestic and international OEM and value added reseller programs. At QLogic, LeWinter led a team of 17 people responsible for the company’s largest OEM customer, with annual revenues of $92 million. LeWinter has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Speech Communication from the State University College in New York.
